December Cooking Lesson with Chef Tommaso

Chef Tommaso Lestingi, our resident chef, from Bari, Puglia, Italy will share some specialities from his home region. The 2-hour cooking lesson will begin at 11:30. Each of the dishes that Tommaso prepares will be paired with wines from the Puglia region. You'll have the opportunity to purchase the wines to take home. 

He will prepare: Zuppa di Pastore - a wonderful tasting, easy to prepare soup; Secondo - Mushroom stuffed chicken breast with sauce; Contorno - TBA; Dolce - Tiramisu (the one everyone raves about when he's prepared it for cena during September!) January Cooking Lesson with Gina   Chef Gina Stipo will be returning to Dallas during January. She will be teaching a cooking lesson focusing on Tuscan cuisine January 10 at 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The cooking lesson will include four dishes covering the antipasto, primo, secondo and dolce. A tasting of the foods paired with wine from Tuscany and recipes are included in the class.
