The Alpharetta Historical Society (http://www.ahsga.org/) will open the historic Log Cabin for free tours during the Alpharetta Christmas Tree Lighting event. Bring your children to see an authentic Log Cabin with a glimpse of what life was like on the American frontier in the late 1800's. The Log Cabin is located just two blocks from City Hall in front of old Milton High School. We will be selling warm and cozy Afgans designed by the Society to highlight Alpharetta's historic landmarks such as the Log Cabin. They are a tax deductible charitable donation that will help preserve Alpharetta's historic landmarks, and they make great holiday gifts.
