Group Meditation in Costa Mesa

Group Meditation Saturdays at 4:30pm - 5:30pm Meditation is perhaps the only activity wherein the more you do, the happier you become! It is wonderful to learn to meditate at home, but often we run into obstacles and find it hard to settle our mind. Sometimes it is much easier to meditate with other experienced practitioners in a space dedicated solely to meditation. Many students really enjoy the immediate peace and bliss that come from these short meditations. Why not give it a try? You may find it to be the best part of your day! Each session will consist of a short time for breathing meditation and chanted preparatory prayers, followed by one of 21 different Lamrim meditations as presented in Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's "The New Meditation Handbook."
