At 2:00 PM (PST) on April 16, 2008, the top 5 most Demanded colleges win the opportunity to host a live taping of the show Man & Wife starring Fat Man Scoop at their college, subject to the winning school's ability and written assurance that it will: (i) provide and pay for Artist's requirements (including, without limitation, payment of performance fee based on artist market value [must be negotiated with artist agent] to Fat Man Scoop and Fat Man Scoop's production requirements, as provided in Fat Man Scoop's rider, to be issued to the winning school under separate cover); and (ii) fulfill all of its obligations pursuant to the agreement to be issued by Fat Man Scoop's (or its agent) under separate written cover.
