Event details: Lessons in Upcycling Your Wanderlust Treasures

On Sunday, December 7 at 5:00 pm, artist, author, and adventuress Felicia Morgenstern will be presenting a free demonstration and discussion on “Upcycling” your Wanderlust Treasures at Hostelling International, Point Loma. Felicia will bring global trinkets and treasures that she has found during her travels and refashioned into stunning, eco-friendly jewelry and mixed media art. Felicia Morgenstern specializes in eco-friendly, handcrafted artisan jewelry and interior design concepts. She is the founder of Poetic Passports, an arts and education-based non-profit organization that utilizes poetry and prose to promote literacy, self-reflection, self-expression and community connection with a wide variety of populations. Hostelling International Point Loma is located at 3790 Udall St., San Diego CA 92107. The workshop is free and open to the public, but RSVP is encouraged.
