Topic: Advanced SQL Server 2008 for Developers

Lynn's demo-filled presentation will give .NET developers an answer to the question "Why should I care about OLAP cubes, data mining models and business intelligence in SQL Server 2008?" She'll present an overview of SSAS, SSIS and SSRS.

Bio: Lynn Langit is a Developer Evangelist for MS in Southern California. Prior to joining MS, Lynn ran her own .NET dev shop. There she architected and coded many MS solutions, including ASP.NET, web services, SQL Server BI, SharePoint and more. Lynn holds these certifications: MCT, MCSE, MCDBA, MCSD, MCITP, MSF. She is will publish her second book on SQL Server January 2009 "Building Smart Business Intelligence Solutions with SQL Server 2008" MSPress
